In my previous article, I talked about why I started my tech journey and in this article, I will be detailing the challenges I've faced and the ones I am currently facing.

Before we dive into the challenges I've faced, I would like to acknowledge my privilege, I've been lucky enough to have access to a decent hp laptop and internet (it's really pocket draining, but still). Now, let's begin:

• Challenge of Consistency.

  I actually started learning to code in 2020, I tried to do the "100daysofcode" three times and I couldn't pull through. I've always had issues with consistency and putting time aside to learn to code, this year it's gotten better but not where I want it to be.

• Challenge of Learning CSS.

  Learning CSS ( cascaded styling sheet) has been nothing short of frustrating, I've followed freecodecamp tutorials and youtube videos but it was still a bit confusing, I recently watched a Traversy media tutorial on youtube and for the first time ever I actually understood CSS tutorial and I also want to start doing challenges on devchallenges to sharpen my skills.

• Imposter Syndrome.

  As a I mentioned in the previous article, I worked at an ISP(Internet Service Provider) and a reputable one at that. With time I got trusted with a lot of responsibilities and one of them was managing over 50,000 contacts on the active directory and when I was through with my internship, I was having awful anxiety that my boss will call me saying I had crashed the server. I didn't even know this was imposter syndrome until I saw the definition somewhere. To be honest, I still haven't overcome this fear and I hope with time that I can.

Conclusion.

In conclusion, we all have challenges on any journey we embark on. The most important thing is too keep trying and put your best foot forward with whatever you do in life. Hopefully, I overcome these challenges.
